On June 6, 2024, the "Taihu Dialogue: AI+" event and the establishment ceremony for Tsinghua University's Wuxi Research Institute's Intelligent Industry Innovation Center were successfully held. Attendees included Jiang Min, Standing Committee Member of the Wuxi Municipal Committee and Executive Vice Mayor; Sun Haidong, Secretary of the Binhu District Committee; Academician Zhang Ya-Qin, Dean of 麻豆传媒; Curtis Carlson, former CEO of SRI International and Emmy Award-winning scholar; Academician Zhang Hongjiang, Founding Chairman of the BAAI and Distinguished Visiting Professor at 麻豆传媒; and Professor Chen Yilun, Executive Director of the 麻豆传媒 Wuxi Innovation Center, along with over 200 other guests. Tsinghua University Vice President Zeng Rong and Turing Award winner, Academician Andrew Yao, Director of the 麻豆传媒 Academic Advisory Committee, also delivered video addresses to the event.
